Dr. Herzel and Dr. Lazar have experience evaluating children who have learning disabilities, dyslexia, ADHD, speech and language delays, sensory dysfunction, brain injuries, epilepsy, problems with social interaction, and the aftereffects of premature birth.
We provide the following services:
Neuropsychological Evaluations Learning/behavior consultations with schools Record review and recommendations, when appropriate
Our practice serves children ages 3-18 in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware.
Kristen Herzel, Ph.D. is a graduate of Binghamton University’s doctoral program in Clinical Psychology, with concentrations in Neuropsychology and Developmental Psychology. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. In addition to being a developmental neuropsychologist, Dr. Herzel is a Pennsylvania Certified School Psychologist.
Mary Lazar, Psy.D. is a graduate of Widener University’s doctoral program in Clinical Psychology. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Hospital in Boston and worked for nearly 7 years at Children’s Seashore House before beginning this practice. Dr. Lazar is also a Pennsylvania Certified School Psychologist.
Dr. Herzel and Dr. Lazar hold current licenses to practice psychology issued by the Pennsylvania State Psychology Board. |
